| 摘 要： | 拉美国家在独立后大体都实行过三种不同的现代化战略,即初级产品出口战略、进口替代工业化战略、出口导向战略,在其现代化过程中既有成功的经验,也有深刻的教训,对发展中国家的现代化有着重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Most of the countries in Latin America carried out three strategies to realize modernization after they proclaimed independence. The three strategies are primary products' export strategy, import substitution strategy and export leading strategy. In the course of the modernization, three are successful experience and deep lessons, which are very significant to other developing countries. |
