“21世纪海上丝绸之路”视角下的中韩自贸区建设

当今各国早已摆脱了单一发展的模式连成一个整体，创新合作机制、寻求新的合作方式成为实现经济增长的必然要求。中韩自贸区的建设与“21世纪海上丝绸之路”战略的实施，是在新机遇与新挑战下，我国同周边沿线各国一道，积极探索国际发展新机制与构建新型国际格局的有益尝试。本文从构建“21世纪海上丝绸之路”经贸网的视角出发，着重研究中韩自贸区建立的必要性、必然性以及在实际运作过程中面临的问题与挑战，探索其作为“21世纪海上丝绸之路”战略支点，对巩固地区繁荣、稳定地区局势、加强各国交流、构建世界新格局的价值与作用。

On the Construction of the China-ROK FTA from the Perspective of the"21st Century Maritime Silk Road"

Nowadays, countries all over the world have already turned from the single-model development into integrated development, which requires a new mechanism for cooperation and new ways for collaboration in order to achieve economic growth. With new opportunities and challenges, the establishment of China-ROK FTA and implementation of the"21st Century Maritime Silk Road"strategy are fresh attempts to construct a new international pattern by China and neighboring countries to explore actively a new mechanism for international development. From the perspective of constructing the"21st Century Maritime Silk Road"trade network, the paper focuses on the necessity and inevitability to establish the China-ROK FTA, and to analyze the problems and challenges during actual operations. Furthermore, the paper will explore the value and effect for consolidating regional prosperity, enhancing regional stability, strengthening transnational communication, and building a new world structure when it serves as the strategic pivot of the"21st Century Maritime Silk Road".
