朱德与抗战初期党的军事战略的转变

进入抗日战争时期，及时实现党的军事战略的转变，成为中国共产党领导的抗日根据地军民抵御日本侵略，坚持、发展和夺取抗战胜利的关键。朱德作为八路军前方最高军事首长和中央军委前方分会主要负责人，在不断提高自身认识的基础上，大力促进党内、军内的思想统一，不失时机地部署八路军实施以山西为中心的战略展开，直接指挥根据地军民广泛开展敌后游击战争，为抗战初期党的军事战略的成功转变做出了重要贡献。

When Chinese history entered the stage of the resistant war against Japan,how to achieve opportunely the shift of CPC's the military strategy became one of the key points for CPC-led army and people in the base areas to resist Japanese and win the final victory.Being the highest military leader of the Eighth Army in the front and the main debtor of the front branch of CPC Military Committee,who deepened his understanding of it.ZhuDe had done many things: to promote energetically unity of thoughts in the party and army,seize the opportune moment to lead the Eighth Army carrying out the strategy in the central Shanxi,and command directly army and people in the base areas,developing extensively guerrilla warfare behind the enemy lines.He made an important contribution to the successful shift of CPC's the military strategy in the early time of the resistant war.
