| 摘 要： | 在高等教育走入大众化时代，随着大学毕业生就业制度、国家人事制度改革和人才供求关系的变化，大学毕业生就业竞争越来越激烈，就业形式越加严峻，就业难问题日益凸现，已成为全社会普遍关注的热点问题。加强对大学毕业生在就业中存在的思想问题的分析，探索相应的对策，便于更有效地指导毕业生顺利就业。

| Abstract: | When the higher education has been popularized,the personnel system has been reformed,and the relation between talent supply and demand has changed,it has been a hot issue that the graduates meet fierce competitions and the more severe forms of employment.The analysis on college graduates' ideological problems in the employment and the proposal of the corresponding countermeasures can effectively guide graduates' smooth employment. |
