摘    要:按照对既有知识的态度,可以把所有的教育都分成传承教育和创造教育。我国民族院校人才培养模式基本属于传承教育范畴,不利于创造性人才的培养,因而面临着从理念到实践模式、管理体制向创造教育转化的艰巨任务。

Abstract:Education could be divided into imparting education and creative education according to the attitude to the knowledge people have already had.Basically,the talent fostering model in China belongs to the category of imparting education which is not good to the fostering of creative talents.Therefore the education in colleges and universities for nationalities faces a hard turning to the creative one in the range from ideology to practice and administrative system.
