| 摘 要： | 地方高校在高学历人才日益增多的发展黄金时期，如何将储备的高学历青年教师资源转化成科研优势，成为各高校持续发展的首要问题。按照马克思哲学内外因原理，地方高校在努力改善自身科研环境的同时，要加强高学历青年教师引进后的跟踪管理，同时引导青年教师创新观念，找准科研定位，才能实现共同发展的双赢局面。
