| 摘 要： | 随着新世纪的到来,中国入世,金融全球化进程加快,中国商业银行面临日趋严峻的国际冲击。中国商业银行应采取加强自身建设增强竞争力、利用金融创新加快混业经营步伐、拓展网上银行业务等对策,以应对外资银行对商业银行的挑战、混业经营全球化趋势的冲击以及网络银行对商业银行的挑战。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the situation of the international competition that Chinese commercial bank faces in the 21th century. The situation involves three parts; 1) The competition between foreign bank and Chinese commercial bank; 2) The impact of the globalization of mixed banking system;3) The impact of the network bank's development on the commercial bank.Based on these,countermeasures,are also suggested. |
