| 摘 要： | 本文通过杭州金融管理干部学院的创立、发展过程 ,不断探索适合该校的办学模式 ,终于选择了继续教育 ,并在实践中 ,对继续教育的内涵、培养目标、课程设置、教学方式等多方面的创新进行探讨和分析 ,积累了宝贵的经验 ,卓有成效地为银行系统培养了一批批优秀干部。
