| 摘 要： | 作为我国本科教育的新生力量,新建本科院校在硬件建设投入不足,教学质量监控和保障体系暂未完全建立起来以前,要把考风建设作为提高教学质量的重要工作来抓。考风建设要通过建立健全考试管理制度,改革考试内容和考试方法,加强考试督察和巡视,形成正确的舆论导向,营造积极向上的考试氛围等措施来实现。

| Abstract: | Facing the inadequacy of hardware input and imperfectness of teaching-quality monitoring system, newly upgraded colleges sh ould focus on the construction of examination conduct and discipline so as to improve the quality of teaching. The construction of examination conduct and disci pline depends on strengthening examination management system, reform of test con tent and method, reinforcing test supervision, correct guidance, and creation of favorable text environment. |
