摘    要:外语学习是一项耗时耗力的长期任务。要学好外语,必须培养和增强学生的学习自主性,让他们承担起更多的学习责任。从认知心理学、教育心理学角度探讨和分析学习者自主理论对我国外语教学的启示,并结合教学实践经验,可进一步探寻促进我国大学生外语学习自主性的有效策略。

Abstract:Foreign language learning is a long endeavor that needs time and efforts. Therefore, it is quite necessary to help to promote the students to learn autonomously, initiatively and to shoulder greater responsibility for their own learning. This paper first probes into a theoretical discussion and analysis of learner autonomy from the angle of cognitive psychology and educational psychology. Then based upon the autonomy theory and the present writers' teaching experience, some strategies are suggested to promote learner autonomy of learning a foreign among college students.
