| 摘 要： | 本文以劳动过程中劳动者人身权应当得到有效保护为基本出发点与落脚点,对劳动者人身权法律保护进行了有益探索.本文共分三个部分:第一部分,对劳动者在劳动过程中应当享有,容易受用人单位侵犯的人身权进行分析与总结.第二部分,对劳动过程中劳动者人身权保护现状和权利保护缺失原因进行分析与概括.第三部分,提出加强劳动者人身权保护的具体措施.

| Abstract: | This paper began with the fact that the laborers'human rights in working experience should be effectively protected and then it probed beneficially into legislation protection of laborers' human rights. This paper was divided into three parts: firstly, analyzed and summarized the laborers'human rights that the laborers should have and meanwhile easily infringed by the owning company; secondly, analyzed and generalized the human rights protection actuality and the reason why there was lack in human rights protection in laborers'working experience; thirdly, advanced the detailed measures to strengthen the laborers' human rights protection |
