| Abstract: | Based on the technological innovation perspective, the paper analyzes the advantages and problems of the manufacture industry in the Pearl River Delta Region. It further discusses how this industry could be upgraded under the challenges from the enviroment and finally proposes suggestions to improve its competitiveness. |
