| 摘 要： | 港口城市的重化工业厂商通过区位选择决策而不是生产决策，就可获取既定的区位利益。这种发展模式对于生态与环境而言，具有比内陆地区更大的双刃性。应该通过区位优势利益外部性的发挥与引导，处理好区位利益双重性之间关于可持续发展的矛盾关系。工业结构的高度化、产业结构优化和产业结构的信息化等，是港口城市工业结构重工业化的优选发展方向。

| Abstract: | Through location choice instead of decision upon production, the heavy chemical industry firms in port cities can benefit from their existing locations. Such a development mode is a double-edged sword for the environment, compared to its inland counterparts. The contraction between location benefits and sustainable development should be resolved through maximizing the external economy effect of location advantages. The upgrading, optimization and informatization of industrial structure are the future trends for the heavy chemical industry in port cities. |
