| 摘 要： | 人才资本是人力资本中的核心部分 ,是高能资本 ,它既具有人力资本的性质 ,又有着资本的某些性质。然而 ,实际生活中我们常常看到一面而忽略另一面 ,难以真正作到人尽其才 ,人尽其用。因此要发挥人才资本的真正价值 ,就得掌握人才资本的特征和运行规律。

| Abstract: | As a highly competent capital, talents capital is the core of human capital and boasts some features of both human capital and common capital. However in the practice it often be emphasized one side while the other side is neglected, naturally the talents are usually failed to be placed in the suitable position and can't exploit their ability and potentiality. Thus to realize its real value, it is important to study and understand talents capital's features and operating laws. |
