| 摘 要： | 认为我国现行的分业监管模式滞后于金融控股公司"控股公司混业、经营分业"的经营特点;分析了分业监管模式存在的问题,提出了确立监管主体,建立协调机制,由机构性监管转向功能性监管,提升监管人员的综合素质等完善措施。

| Abstract: | The present financial inspecting system based on single trade is delaied aganst the management of financial stock-control companies based on mixed trades.The problems in the present inspeting system are analysed,measures such as to determine inspecting subject,to built a coordinating system,transfering from company-inspecting to capacity-inspecting,and to raise the quality of inspecting officiers are put foreward. |
