国际政治学：中日自由贸易协定的签订

近年来,东亚地区缔结FTA的动向日趋活跃并取得了不少的成果。但本地区最大的两个经济体———中日两国的FTA谈判还未被提到日程上来。尽管从经济角度来讲,自由贸易协定的签订能给中日两国带来巨大的贸易转移效果,但由于非经济因素的影响,两国的自由贸易谈判迟迟未能启动。因此,必须形成"双赢",才能共同推进中日FTA。

International Politics: the Signing of the FTA between China and Japan

The signing for the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) in the Northeast Asia has been on the rise in the recent years with a number of achievements fulfilled. However, the FTA negotiation between China and Japan, the two largest economies in this region, has not been put into the agenda. Though it will bring about great tremendous trade transfer effects upon the two concerned countries, the FTA negotiation has not been initiated yet due to some non-economic factors. This paper asserts that the two countries have to take the initiatives to achieve a "double win"; then the FTA can be promoted between the two countries.
