摘    要:本文给出用金属蒸汽真空弧离子源对4Cr5MoV1Si进行钨离子束表面处理的实验结果,讨论了钨离子注入对样品表面成分和结构的影响.

Abstract:This paper presents the test results of the implantation of W ions into 4Cr5MoVlSi steel for obtaining a good wear and rot resistance layer. The W ions have been extracted from a metal vapor vacuum arc (MEVVA) source. An investigation has been conducted on the surface composition and microstructure of the W - implanted 4Cr5MoVlSi steel. Included is also a discussion of the effects of such implantation on wear and rot resistance.
