基于“长三角”、“珠三角”经验开发黄河三角洲的思考验开发黄河

改革开放以来，长江三角洲和珠江三角洲已经成为中国经济的龙头，在三角洲的开发和区域经济发展方面积累了宝贵的经验。目前，在国家大力开发黄河三角洲的政策背景下，随着这一国家战略的实施，黄河三角洲高效生态经济区的建设具备了一定的优势，但也存在着一些问题。因此，应该借鉴长江三角洲和珠江三角洲发展的经验，依靠区位优势，提高对外开放的水平，积极引进人才，实现产业升级，建立以东营市为核心的城市群，走自主创新的可持续发展之路。
