论农村多元化非诉讼纠纷解决机制的构建

随着我国经济的发展以及建设社会主义新农村步伐的加快,乡村社会纠纷日益复杂化和多样化,传统的非诉讼纠纷解决机制难以适应新型农村纠纷的需求,这迫切需要我们构建多元化的农村非诉讼纠纷解决机制。乡村社会多元化非诉讼纠纷解决机制的构建,既要注重完善已有的农村非诉讼纠纷解决机制,也要尝试创建一些新的非诉讼纠纷解决机制,同时还要确保诉讼与非诉讼纠纷解决机制以及各种非诉讼纠纷解决机制之间能实现有效衔接和良性互动。

On Establishment of Non-litigation Dispute Resolution in the Countryside

With development of economy,disputes in the countryside are more complex,so we should estabilish native alternative dispute resolution,which is benificial to relieving case pressure of courts and maintaining social stability and harmonization in the countryside.We should perfect alternative dispute resolution that had existed in the countryside and estabilish new alternative dispute resolution.What＇s more,we should establish machanism to realize connection and harmony between litigation and non-litigation.
