清代回疆司法监察制度述略

清朝在统一回疆后,在因地制宜、因俗施治的基础上,逐渐形成了一整套有别于内地的司法监察制度。该制度在运行初期,对于防止司法腐败,维护当地司法秩序的正常进行,无疑起到了十分积极的作用,但随着清王朝统治的日趋腐败,回疆独特的司法监察制度最终淹没于历史洪流之中。

On the Issue of the Judicial Supervision System in the Region of Hui Jiang During the Qing Dynasty

In the Qing dynasty in Huijiang,unified back after local conditions,because,on the basis of making profane gradually formed a set of judicial supervision system from the mainland.This system in operation, to prevent the initial judicial corruption,maintain the normal order of local justice,undoubtedly plays a very active role,but with qing dynasty the growi ng corruption,back to reign in unique judicial system also failed to escape by luck,eventually submerged in 1864 uprising of all ethnic groups in xinjiang in the history stream.
