| 摘 要： | 在蒙藏传统法律文化的比较研究中,区域性传统法规的比较显得颇有特色。区域性传统法规是部落习惯法和由中央或地方政府认定或颁布的、具有法律效力的普遍法则的综合。区域性传统法规的渊源多出自蒙藏民族的传统法律文化、伦理道德、风俗习惯以及宗教信仰。

| Abstract: | The contrast research of the traditional culture in Mongolian and Tibetan areas,the regional traditional regulations are much more special.The regional traditional regulations are the tribal customary law and the laws issued by the central and local government.It has the power of the laws.The source of the regional traditional regulations mostly derive from Mongolian and Tibetan nations＇ traditional culture,ethics,customs and religions. |
