| 摘 要： | 我国《消费者权益保护法》在维护消费者权益方面发挥了非常重要的作用,但是在随着时间和实践的考验后,其存在的问题也逐渐显现出来,使我们不得不在保护消费者权益方面针对其所存在的不足和缺陷做及时的补充和完善,以求更切实保护消费者合法权益。本文通过对我国消费者权益保护现状的阐释与分析,找出我国消费者权益保护存在的不足和缺陷,并提出相应的完善措施。

| Abstract: | The Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law play a important role in maintained the consumer rights and interests aspects,but after pasting the practice test,problems also gradually appeared,cause us to have to think how to effetively protect the consumer rights and interests in view of the insufficiency and the flaws which existed,make the prompt supplement and the consummation and practically protect the consumer legitimate rights and interests.This article mainly analyse present situation of consumer rights and interests protection in our country,has discovered insufficiency and the flaws consumer rights and interests protection,and proposes the corresponding measures. |
