| Abstract: | Constructing a socialist harmonious society is a major strategic decision made by Central Committee of the CPC in the Third Session of the Sixteenth National Congress of CPC,and the building of a harmonious culture is the ideological and moral basis for social harmony.Currently,mass culture plays a positive function in the construction of socialist harmonions society;it improves the quality of the public life,blazes new approaches to cultural populization,develops cultural industry and accelerates cultural pluralization. |
