| 摘 要： | 从行为博弈的角度出发,建立了对行为奖励机制有效性进行度量的一般数学模型,并给出了行为奖励机制的成本优化方法,为行为奖励机制的研究提供了定量分析与统计观测的新方法.运用本文的相关研究结果对高校教师科研行为奖励机制的实例进行了诊断和改进.

| Abstract: | From the perspective of behavior game,a general mathematical model measuring the effec- tiveness of the behavior incentive mechanism is established,and a cost optimization method is put for- ward as well,which offers a new way to make the quantitative and statistical analysis of behavior in- centive mechanism.Taking advantage of the relevant research findings in the thesis,a diagnosis exam- ple and the improvement of behavior incentive mechanism in respect of teachers' scientific research in higher educational institutions are provided. |
