水煤浆管流的表观滑移流动研究

摘    要:通过理论推导和计算,研究了存在壁面表观滑移的水煤浆管道流动规律.结果表明,滑移层厚度(微米级)对流动有一定的影响,而且由于滑移层的存在引起的减阻取决于无量纲的滑移层厚度,流量随滑移层厚度的增加而增加,即线性递增.当滑移层厚度在微米级内增加时,水煤浆的滑移修正系数随之增大,并且成正比关系.

Abstract:Coal-water slurry flow in pipes was examined by theoretical deduction and numerical calcu- lation,taking the effect of apparent wall slip into consideration.It is shown that the thickness of the slip layer has great effects on flow parameters,even though it's in micron level and the drag reduction resulted from the wall slip depends on the non-dimensional thickness(the ratio of slip layer thickness to pipe radius).The flowrate increases linearly with the increase of the non-dimensional thickness and the slip correction factor grows as the pipe radius increases,and is proportional to the non-dimensional thickness.
