基于目标管理的高校辅导员绩效考核指标体系构建

摘    要:通过对当前高校辅导员绩效考核中存在问题的分析,指出绩效考核应遵循全面性、以人为本、可操作性、可持续发展的原则,并构建基于目标管理的高校辅导员绩效考核指标,建立辅导员绩效考核体内外循环目标的模型,最后从定性和定量上构建具体考核指标体系表,对辅导员绩效考核有很强的实际指导意义.

Abstract:By analysis of the existing problems in the current university counselors’ performance assessment,it points out that the performance assessment should follow the principles of being overall,people foremost,operability,sustainable development,constructs performance evaluation indicator of university counselors based on management by objectives,establishes the inside and outside cycle model of counselors performance assessment,and finally,constructs specific evaluation index system list from qualitative and quantitative angles,which has a strong practical significance for the counselors’ performance assessment.
