Based on analyzing the theoretical essence of Neo -liberalism, it points out that the tradition of Classical Liberalism and the inner logic of modernity are the intellectual origins of Neo - liberalism. It in- dicates that to eliminate the impact of Neo - liberalism, it is necessary to highlight the emphasis of Marx- ism on essential equality and justice, to take advantage of the classical tradition centralized on virtue, justice and good within the Western idea history to offset the consequences of modernity, and to strength- en classical education so as to lay a solid cultural background as ,well as improve discrimination and judg- ment on different thoughts.
