| 摘 要： | 民营企业的发展壮大需要实施三大创新。一要创新产权制度,实现从单一产权到多元产权的转变;二要创新治理结构,实现从单边治理结构到法人治理结构的转变;三要创新管理制度,实现从经验管理到科学管理的转变。
