| Abstract: | Ownership identities are an important topic in Continental property ownership law and even civil law. The paper traces the development of ownership identities in European Continental civil law, puts forward that ownership identities are the result of the evolution of individualism, collectivism and reconciliation, and draws lesions concerned. |
