| 摘 要： | 文章通过对外商直接投资对深圳经济增长影响的定性分析与定量分析,认为外商直接投资(FDI)是深圳经济持续快速增长的重要动力.在上世纪90年代中期以前,由于外汇和资金的严重短缺,FDI作为资本投资主要表现为对深圳经济增长的直接拉动作用.但随着深圳经济的持续快速发展,外汇储备的充裕和资金短缺局面的缓解,FDI的资本投资作用呈边际递减的态势,其对深圳经济增长的直接拉动作用减弱,但FDI通过提高就业水平、增加进出口贸易等方式来推动深圳GDP增长的间接拉动作用明显增强.因此,为确保深圳经济增长的持续稳定,应保持外商直接投资稳定增长和持续发展,进一步优化外商投资结构,提升外商投资质量.
