| 摘 要： | 从社会领域的角度来看,"合法性"问题指代的是社会制度、规范与秩序本身的正当性及其社会认同程度,其基本范畴包含五个层面的内容;公民意识的培育是现代化的必然要求,也是现代意识形态构建的重要组成部分;从当代中国社会的现状来看,公民意识的增强对其社会领域内诸多"合法性"的建构起到重要的影响作用,为其提供思想基础与民主实践的动力.
