| 摘 要： | 从利益主体的选择出发,分析高职院校、学生和用人单位的利益需求,以及各利益主体选择的相互影响与制约,从博弈论的角度,寻求相对的平衡,从而更客观地看待高等职业教育的就业问题,为高等职业教育就业导向研究提供一个新视角。

| Abstract: | Starting from the interest entities＇ choices,this paper analyzes the needs of vocational colleges,students and employers,as well as the mutual influence and the restriction among various interest entities＇ choices.This paper also tries to seek relative balance from the view of game theory,therefore,we can see employment question of the higher vocational education objectively so as to provides a new view for the study of the higher vocational education for the employment orientation. |
