摘    要:以钼酸钠、硫脲为反应物,采用四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)为添加剂,用简便的水热法合成出二硫化钼微球.分别采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术对产品进行了表征.结果表明,二硫化钼微球是由许多纳米片组装而成,合适的四丁基溴化铵用量对于微球的形成至关重要,并初步提出了水热条件下二硫化钼微球的形成机理.

Abstract:MoS2 microspheres were successfully synthesized via a facile hydrothermal method by using sodium molybdate and thiourea as reactants and tetrabutyl amonium bromide(TBAB) as additives.The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) etc.Results indicated that the as-prepared MoS2 microspheres were assembled by many nanosheets and appropriate amount of TBAB was crucial to the formation of MoS2 microspheres.A possible formation mechanism of MoS2 microspheres under hydrothermal condition is initially presented.
