中老年排舞锻炼的研究

摘    要:结合排舞运动训练与比赛的实践,运用生理学和运动医学的相关理论,采用文献研究的方法,对中老年的生理特征、排舞锻炼的意义、原则和方法等进行分析探讨,认为排舞作为一种增强心肺功能和身体协调性的健身运动,非常适合中老年进行锻炼,并可作为终身从事的一项体育项目.

Abstract:On basis of some theories of physiology and sports medicine,as well as experience accumulated from the practice of line-dance training and competition,we research the significance of line-dancing and its principles and methods according to some related literatures.Results show that the line-dancing as a body building sport is very helpful for the promotion of the cardiopulmonary functions and body coordination,and is especially suitable for mid-and old-aged people.It is a sport that people can learn and practice throughout their lives.
