台湾的大学教师评鉴制度

大学教师评鉴在台湾已经是近年来各大学的重要工作。只不过,由于台湾＂教育部＂对教师评鉴工作的推动,原则上是采取授权各校自订办法的方式进行,并未订颁统一的评鉴规范或评鉴指标与权重,且各大学订定及修订教师评鉴办法均需经校务会议通过,即需取得教师之同意与支持,故各大学究竟如何制定其教师评鉴办法及实施规定,与各校教师评鉴执行成效、教师教学成果改善情形等,诚为目前值得重视之课题。

The Study of Faculty Assessment in Universities in Taiwan

The assessment of faculty（or evaluation of teachers） has been an important work for the universities in Taiwan in recent years.According to the revised University Act of 2005,all universities have to conduct faculty assessment（or teacher＇s evaluation）,but because the MOE has no clear rules about the implementation of the evaluation,each university,based on the principles of academic autonomy and the approval of all faculties,has the right to establish its own rules of the game related.Therefore,To understand the common norms and the result of the improvement of teaching,resulted from the implementation of faculty assessment,of universities has become an issue worthy of attention.
