| 摘 要： | 乡土建筑就是乡村里的土生土长的古代传统建筑,即农村建筑,它是民族传统文化中的重要组成部分。因此,要加强对乡土建筑文化遗产保护的立法。尤其在建设社会主义新农村过程中,不仅要注意环境保护和资源保护,还要注重保护古村落及其千百年来形成的民间民俗历史文化传统的乡村建筑,才能构建云南乡土建筑文化保护机制。

| Abstract: | Local architecture,an important part of a given national tradition,refers to the traditional buildings in the countryside.The legislation for such architectural heritages in the process of building a new socialist countryside should taken not only the protection of the environment and resources into consideration but also the protection of the old villages and the age-old fold cultures and histories into account,which can help establish the protection mechanism of Yunnan local culture of architectural heritages. |
