| Abstract: | The unique functions of the Economy Law are to be better embodied after China enters WTO. Of the more perfect market systems based on WTO regulations, people's business law is the foundation, economy law the guarantee.The function of economy law lies in the systematical adjustment to the social economical relationship.It inserts directly influence to social economical development,which most effectively realize economical benefit and fully reveal social fairplay. |
