NAA BA KT对麝香石竹不定芽形成的影响

摘    要:研究NAA,BA,KT对麝香石竹茎段外植体不定芽形成的影响.结果表明它们都能有效地诱导麝香石竹茎段外植体不定芽的形成,其中以BA诱导的芽的分化频率最高,生长素和细胞分裂素配合能进一步提高芽的分化频率.BA在高频率诱导不定芽形成的同时,对分化芽的伸长生长、鲜干重的增长、干重百分率的提高和叶绿素水平的增加均有明显的促进作用,而KT,NAA则不然.

Abstract:The article studies the effect of NAA,BA,KT on the forming of the adventitious bud outside the stem of the dianthus caryophyllus. The result shows they can all effectively lead the forming. And the frequency of dividing made by BA is the highest. The combination of growth hormone and cell division hormone can improve the frequency of the dividing of bud. When leading the forming of the adventitious bud, BA also has apparent promoting function on the growth of split bud, the increase of the weight of the fresh plant the percentage of weight of the dried plant and the content of the chloroplast while KT and NAA can not.
