欧盟女性团体的政治参与：以欧洲妇女游说团为例

欧盟女性团体是区别于欧盟成员国女性团体的新型女性组织，主要以欧盟机构为政治参与对象，采用正式或松散的组织形式，以传达信息、组织游说等方式参与欧盟的决策过程。欧洲妇女游说团（EWE）是该类团体的代表。从欧盟女性团体的政治参与实践中可以发现，欧盟制度框架提供的政治机会、性别不平等的普遍性以及欧盟女性团体政治参与目标所具有的女性主义进步色彩，是促进其政治参与不断发展的主要有利因素。

Political Participation of EU Women's Organizations: A Case Study of EWL

As new women groups different from the women organizations in member countries of EU, EU women＇s organizations participate in the EU decision - making process by the way of information - conveying and lobby - organizing etc. EWL is the representative of such kind of organizations. From the political participation practices of the EU women＇ s organizations, we can find that, political opportunity structures afforded by EU framework, the universality of sexual inequality, as well as the progressive characters of feminism are the main positive factors accelerating the constant development of their political participation.
