论我国高等教育公平与和谐社会构建

社会公平,是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础。高等教育公平则是社会公平的重要内容。我国自改革开放以后,高等教育的发展步伐日益加快,成绩斐然。但高等教育的不公平仍然存在,局部还存在扩大的趋势。我们必须正视高等教育中存在的公平问题,采取措施,从制度与政策上为所有社会成员创造公平的高等教育环境,通过高等教育公平的实现,促进社会公平的实现,从而促进社会主义和谐社会的建设。
