| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济条件下，民族经济立法正 在由口号变成现实，此际提出民族经济立法的质量问题，其直接含义无疑是指在注意立法数 量和速度的同时，也要注意立法的质量，力求达到数量和质量的较好统一。本文分析了民族 经济立法质量存在于立法观念、立法制度和立法运作技术方面的问题及应采取的主要对策。

Several Issues in Improving the Quality of National Economic Legislation |

| Abstract: | The national economic legislation is coming true under the socialist market economic conditions. At this moment, the question of quality refers no doubt both to the unity of its quantity and speed and to the unity of its quantity and quality. The present article analyzed problems in the concept, system, and operational techniques and chief measures in its execution. |
