| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,民营经济得到了迅速的发展。面向新世纪,中国加入WTO,促进民营经济进一步发展,需要统一对民营经济的思想认识,明确民营经济的地位和作用,政府要调整相关政策,改善外部环境,推动民营经济快速健康发展。

| Abstract: | China's private economy has been developing increasingly with the open policy.Today,China's entry into WTO makes it possible for private economy to develop move quickly and healthily.Therefore,such measures should be takes as reaching a common understanding of private economy,defining the position and function of private economy,and making adjustments in government policy to improve the external environment for private economy. |
