| 摘 要： | 许多高校在创办科技企业过程中取得了宝贵的经验 ,但同时也遇到了不少阻力和障碍 ,这些阻力则是由一些深层次的基本矛盾引发的。这些基本矛盾不解决 ,高校科技企业就难以向高层次发展。
