| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的快速发展，信用证作为一种重要的结算工具在国际贸易中得到广泛使用，但是由于信用证采取的是纯粹的单据交易方式，给了一些不法分子以可乘之机。为了防范这些欺诈的发生，出口商和进口商以及银行都应采取必要的措施。
