| 摘 要： | 宋朝官吏采取侵吞、盗窃、骗取、勒索、非法经商和受贿等多种手法进行贪赃活动,严重危及宋王朝的财政收入,妨碍了行政效能,毒害了社会风气,使封建政令走样变形,破坏了商品经济的正常发展,加深了阶级矛盾,导致了农民起义。宋朝官吏的贪赃,主要是由于商品经济的冲击、封建官僚政治的缺陷、封建统治者的包庇纵容以及封建剥削制度所致。

| Abstract: | Officials during the Song dynasty(960-1279) took bribes and practiced graft by various means.Such practices resulted from the influence of commodity economy,imperfections of feudal bureaucratic apparatus and the cover-up of the feudal authorities.They not only corrupted social morals and hampered the development of commodity economy,but also sharpened class contradiction and caused the peasants' uprisings. |
