| 摘 要： | 西藏是中国不可分离的一部分,西藏自治区是我国民族区域自治地方的重要组成部分。本文充分肯定了中国的民族区域自治在西藏的40年实践和取得的伟大的成就;指出民族区域自治制度在西藏具有光明的前途;探讨了新时期在西藏坚持和完善民族区域自治制度的相关问题。

| Abstract: | Tibet is an indispensable part of China and Tibet autonomous region an important part among our country's regional autonomy places of minority nationalities. This article fully admits the great achieve-ment of the regional autonomy of minority nationalities in the 40 years' practice in Tibet, holding that re-gional autonomy system of minority nationalities has a better future in Tibet. In addition, it discusses some related problems of keeping on and improving this system in Tibet in the new period. |
