| 摘 要： | 针对由于车辆增加所造成的我国各地城市道路交通状况 ,本文就科学构建城市空间结构 ;组建城市交通控制部门 ,填补交通控制功能空白 ;科学规划、精心设计、建设、改造城市道路系统 ;以及高度重视、优质高效地加快城公共交通行业的发展等几个基本方面进行了论证。提出了解决城市交通问题的几项基本政策 ,可供有关城市政府部门作为参考。
