| 摘 要： | 推行工程量清单报价是我国投资体制改革和加入WTO的需要,但推行工程量清单报价并不是一个简单的文件和通知即可全面推行和实施的,需要有其内部和外部环境。本文对推行工程量清单报价应着重解决的问题进行了一些探讨。
