英语教学中跨文化交际能力的培养

摘    要:培养跨文化交际能力应遵循实用性原则和循序渐进原则。培养跨文化交际能力涉及诸多方面:大纲的制订,教材的选编,课外活动,课堂教学,利用外籍教师的优势进行一些有关文化背景知识方面的专题讲座,有意识地开展一些英美文化背景知识与本族语文化在某些领域的对比分析专题讨论活动,更新外语课程设置等。

Abstract:It is essential to foster cross-cultural communication competence. Cultural education should not be simply viewed as the cultural introduction of the target language, and the cultural education of mother tongue should not be neglected. Cross-cultural communication competence should be developed on the principles of practicality and it also should be fostered gradually. We should invite some foreign teachers to give lectures on cultural background. Meanwhile foreign language courses should be renewed to improve the students'cross-cultural consciousness and competence theoretically.
