| 摘 要： | 从2004年1月1日起,我国开始实行了新的出口退税政策,时至今日,新的出口退税政策的实施也将近一年了,在这一年里,新的出口退税政策对促进我国整体经济发展、改善出口产品结构、提高企业的竞争力以及缓解人民币升值压力等方面都产生了重要影响.

| Abstract: | From January 1st, 2004, our government has begun to implement new policy on export refund. Now, the new policy has been implemented for one year. It brings great change: promoting economy of our country, improving the structure of export products, advancing the competitive advantage of enterprises, and alleviating the pressure of appreciation of RMB. The introduction of this article narrates our foreign trade of 2004. The first section analyzes the causes of new policy and discusses the influence of new policy. |
